Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch of kale
  2. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  3. 1 tablespoon tamari or soy
  4. 1 tspn grated garlic
  5. 1 tablespoon Bioglan chia seeds
  6. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 180'C
  2. Warm coconut oil in pot with garlic for 5 minutes.
  3. Add Tamari
  4. Add Kale and coat with mixture.
  5. Place on lined oven trays in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes keep in eye not to burn, and turn and cook for 3 more minutes
  7. Sprinkle with chia and sesame
