Choc, Chia and Cinnamon bliss balls

These can be made ahead of time and a perfect healthy snack to have on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cashews (soaked)
- 1 cup almonds (soaked)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 8 - 10 dates, seeds removed
- 1/3 C raw cacao
- 1/3 C cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tbs ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Soak cashews and almonds for at least 4 hours.
- Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until mixture forms a thick paste.
- Roll into balls, coat in shredded coconut.
- Place in sealed container in fridge.
Notes
- If you like them sweeter you can add extra dates but I prefer my snacks to be not too sweet.
