Ingredients
  1. 100gm smoked salmon
  2. 1/2 avocado
  3. 1-2 cups mixed greens or baby spinach
  4. 1/4-1/4 cup of red sauerkraut
  5. 1/4 cup of mixed seeds - sunflower and chia
  6. 1 lemon juiced
  7. dash of cold pressed flaxseed oil
Instructions
  1. You don't really need directions for this one - place all ingredients on plate, mix and enjoy!

  1. Why is it healthy?
  2. Avocado – good source of healthy fats, potassium and vitamin K
  3. Chia – source of Omega 3’s, protein and fibre
  4. Sunflower seeds – source of vitamin E, B vitamins and selenium
  5. Spinach – good source of antioxidants and flavinoids important for fighting various cancers
  6. Flaxseed oil – contains omega 3’s
