Superfood afterschool (or work) snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup of natural yoghurt
- 2 table spoons chia
- 1 tspn beetroot powder (bioglan)
- 1 tspn acai + berry powder (bioglan)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 1 tblspn of maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Leave in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
