Chocolate chia pudding

Easy snack to prepare for the whole family. Can be made easily, full of nutritious ingredients and great for lunch boxes.

Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas (mine were almost brown)
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup cacao or dutch coco
- 1 tspn vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbs maple syrup (optional - depends on the sweetness of the bananas)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except chia seeds in food processor and mix until well combined.
- Add chia seeds and mix for a few seconds.
- Spoon into container and set in fridge for at least an hour.
