
Almond milk

Dairy and soy free alternative. Home made almond milk is easy to make and much creamier than most store bought brands. Many store bought brands only contain 2-4% almonds.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of almonds (soaked over night)
- 3 cups of filtered water
- 1 cheese cloth or fine strainer
Instructions
- Strain soaked almonds and combine with water in food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain in cheese cloth or strainer.
- Refrigerate. That's it!

- Chocolate
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbs of cacao
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1 tspn of maple syrup
- Strawberry
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 strawberries
- 1 tspn of Acai berry powder (I use Bioglan)
- 1 tspn beetroot powder or juice
- 1 tspn maple syrup (optional)
- Chai
- 1 cup of almond milk
- pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamon
- 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
- 1 tspn honey
