Ingredients
  1. Raw cacao and chia caramel cups
  2. Base;
  3. 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  4. 1 cup of coconut
  5. 6 dates
  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  7. Caramel filling;
  8. 10 dates soaked
  9. 1/2 cup maple syrup
  10. 2 tablespoons honey
  11. 2 tablespoons cup of tahini
  12. 1/4 cup chia seeds
  13. 2 tablespoons Bioglan coconut powder (optional) mixed with 1/4 cup hot water.
  14. 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
  15. pinch salt
  16. Topping;
  17. 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
  18. 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  19. 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. These are super sweet so I usually make these in mini tart or mini muffin tins (bite size serves).
  2. Soak dates, chia seeds with coconut powder and hot water mix.
  3. Place ingredients for base in food processor and mix until well combined.
  4. Press into tart tins and place in fridge
  5. Combine all ingredients for caramel and mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon thin layer into tart tins over the base.
  7. Combine ingredients for topping in small pan over a low heat. Stir until coconut oil is melted and ingredients are well combined.
  8. Pour layer over the top of each tart and place in fridge to set for at least an hour.
