Chia and Tamari Kale chips

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy
- 1 tspn grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon Bioglan chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180'C
- Warm coconut oil in pot with garlic for 5 minutes.
- Add Tamari
- Add Kale and coat with mixture.
- Place on lined oven trays in a single layer.
- Cook for 5 minutes keep in eye not to burn, and turn and cook for 3 more minutes
- Sprinkle with chia and sesame
